At Spa Luxe, your comfort is our mission. We recommend wearing loose fitting, comfortable clothes or just wearing what you feel the most relaxed in. For Massage/Body/Facial services, underclothes are not necessary, however, if you prefer, undergarments may be worn. Please keep in mind that our therapists are trained to protect your privacy at all times.
To reserve a desired time or therapist, we ask that you make your reservation as far in advance as possible. We understand that you may have a favorite therapist so please let us know when booking your appointment and we will be happy to assist.
To hold a Spa Luxe reservation, we require a valid credit card. This applies even if you plan to pay with a gift certificate or any other form of payment other than a credit card. We understand that things happen in life that are beyond our control so if you need to cancel your service, we ask that you please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. If you do not arrive for your scheduled service(s) or fail to cancel within the 24-hour period prior to your service, you will be charged up to a $50 fee per service.
Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so that you can change, use our lockers with provided amenities and complete applicable preservice paperwork. Late arrivals will result in a shortened or cancelled appointment.
All guests must keep conversations to a whisper, as not to disrupt other guests and Spa Luxe reserves the right to terminate services at any point if we feel the guest is not able to conduct themselves properly, or if they are affecting other guests and/or services. At Spa Luxe we want you to have the best experience possible. Please communicate with us your desired depth of pressure, temperature of the treatment room, or other preferences.
Menu service descriptions do not contain specific protocol steps. For detailed information or any menu related questions, we recommend that you call Spa Luxe prior to booking.
Spa Luxe prices are subject to change without notice. In certain instances, our fee schedule may change before adjusted pricing is live on our website or in our printed menu of services. We ask that guests please confirm the price of your service with our front desk team when booking your appointment.
Gratuities are not included in the price for our services but are graciously accepted as a way to show your appreciation for the caliber of technique provided. Gratuities range from 15-25% of the service price, or a larger amount if you feel your experience was exceptional. You may give your therapist a gratuity in cash or credit card when you check out at the front desk.
Spa Luxe enthusiastically welcomes our guests! However, some services may require an in-person parental release as well as parental presence in the treatment room. Massage and body treatments are reserved for guests 18+.
For the overall comfort and safety of our guests and team – babies, toddlers, and children are not permitted to accompany an adult during service or to the meditation lounge ande retail area. We will be happy to reschedule your reservation if childcare is an issue.
Children 12-17 a must be accompanied with another adult if waiting in thre permitted to receive facial treatments and nail services only and must be accompanied by an adult (one adult per child). In addition, both parties will be required to sign a written consent via our in-take form and a parent or guardian must remain in the spa throughout the duration of the service.
We encourage our guests to disconnect and to ensure a serene environment for all, we kindly ask that you turn off your cell phone upon arrival at Spa Luxe, keep it in silent mode and refrain from taking phone calls while in the spa. We also request that you do not use your laptop while inside Spa Luxe. Turning your ringer off on your cell phone and texting during pedicure services is permitted.
You will be provided a locker, robe, and sandals for your treatments. We suggest leaving jewelry and valuables at home as Spa Luxe is not responsible for lost or stolen or damaged items. All guests have access to our co-ed quiet room for relaxation.
It is important as you schedule your service to please let us know if you have any physical ailments, medical conditions, or allergies. Our technicians need to be aware if you are pregnant, have a heart condition, have high blood pressure, or any other medical condition in order to customize your service, when possible, to meet any special needs. Technicians cannot work on guests with skin conditions to include open wounds or abrasions and if not disclosed prior to the service start time, the service will end upon discovery of such a condition. If you have concerns about receiving a spa service as related to your health, we ask that you please consult a doctor.
Spa Luxe guests must be 21+ years old to consume alcoholic beverages. We reserve the right to verify age via a valid ID and also reserve the right to refuse alcohol to any guest
Treatments & Packages
To avoid abuse of special discounting with treatment/service packages, refunds on remaining un-used treatments will be given only after applying the full standard price of used treatments. If for some reason you are not able to use an un-rendered, pre-paid service, you may do a one-time exchange of the unused portion toward other services.
Clients who have purchased our services from third parties (Groupon, LivingSocial, etc.) need to check the third-party voucher for terms and conditions, as the terms or conditions of the deal/voucher will apply. Since third party entities are paid directly by the client, Spa Luxe cannot refund purchases made via a third party.
The Spa Luxe experience is important to us and we want you to love your service. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact a manager at email@example.com.
We are constantly striving to create an environment founded in excellence, quality, and most importantly – the safety of our clients. For this reason, we cannot accept skin care product returns (with exception to clear defects in packaging or product) once your purchase has been completed.
Gift certificates are non-refundable. We will, however, allow them to be transferred to another party.
Spa Luxe reserves the right to deny services or stop services during treatment at the discretion of management.
