At Spa Luxe, your comfort is our mission. We recommend wearing loose fitting, comfortable clothes or just wearing what you feel the most relaxed in. For Massage/Body/Facial services, underclothes are not necessary, however, if you prefer, undergarments may be worn. Please keep in mind that our therapists are trained to protect your privacy at all times.
To reserve a desired time or therapist, we ask that you make your reservation as far in advance as possible. We understand that you may have a favorite therapist so please let us know when booking your appointment and we will be happy to assist.
At Spa Luxe we want you to have the best experience possible. Please communicate with us your desired depth of pressure, temperature of the treatment room, or other preferences. A brief Intake and Health form is required by Spa Luxe to perform any spa treatment or service enhancement. Failure to comply with this policy will result in cancellation of services.
Gratuities are not included in the price for our services, but are graciously accepted. Gratuities range from 15-20% of the service price, or a larger amount if you experience exceptional service.
Spa Luxe welcomes enthusiastically welcomes our guests! However, some services may require an in-person parental release as well as parental presence in the treatment room. Massage and body treatments are reserved for guests 18+. Guests 12-17 are permitted to receive facial treatments and nail services only and must be accompanied by an adult (one adult per child). In addition, both parties will be required to sign a written consent and in-take form, when applicable. We respect the tranquil and experiential environment that we have created for all our guests and reserve the right to terminate services at any point if we feel the guest is not able to conduct themselves properly, or if they are affecting others services.
To cancel or modify without incurring a charge, please reach out 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $50 charge per scheduled service(s) to the card on file.
Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so that you can slip into your plush robe and spa slippers, using our changing room. You will then complete applicable pre-service paperwork and enjoy a refreshing beverage before your service begins. Late arrivals will result in a shortened service time.
We encourage our guests to disconnect and to ensure a serene environment for all, we kindly ask that you turn off your mobile phone upon arrival at Spa Luxe and refrain from taking phone calls while in the spa. Turning your ringer off and texting during pedicure services is permitted.
You will be provided a locker, robe, and sandals for your treatments. We suggest leaving jewelry and valuables at home as Spa Luxe is not responsible for lost or stolen items. All guests have access to our co-ed Meditation Lounge room for relaxation. The purchase of a Luxe Day Pass and completed intake form are required for guests who wish to access Spa Luxe amenities/facility without a scheduled spa service. Luxe Day Passes are granted on a limited, first come basis.
