We’re honored to share a very special milestone for Spa Luxe.
Spa Luxe has been named the 2026 She Means Business Leadership Award recipient by the Foundation for Better Business.
Since opening our doors in Georgetown in 2018, Spa Luxe has grown from one location and a big vision into a hospitality-focused spa brand serving both Georgetown and Austin.
Through every season of growth, however, one thing has remained constant:
People come first.
From the beginning, we have believed that Spa Luxe is more than a place for treatments. We often describe ourselves as a hospitality company disguised as a spa because the way people feel when they walk through our doors matters just as much as the services we provide.
That philosophy influences everything we do — from the guest experience to the way we build our team, develop leaders, support our community, and continue raising the standard for care.

We also know that Spa Luxe would not be where it is today without the guests who have supported us along the way.
Some have been with us since our earliest days in Georgetown. Others have discovered us more recently in Austin. Many have referred friends, brought family members, celebrated milestones with us, or trusted our team during seasons when they simply needed a little time for themselves.
Every one of those relationships matters.
We are incredibly grateful to be part of the communities we serve and to continue growing alongside them.
Looking Ahead
Awards give us a moment to reflect, but they also remind us why we began.
Our goal has never simply been to grow bigger.
It has been to grow well — while protecting the culture, hospitality, and level of care that made Spa Luxe special in the first place.
We are proud of how far Spa Luxe has come since 2018, and even more excited about what lies ahead.
