Frequently Asked Questions
At Spa Luxe, your comfort is paramount. We recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing. For massages, body treatments, or facials, undergarments are optional, as our therapists are trained to ensure your privacy and comfort at all times. You will be provided a locker, robe and sandals for your visit.
We encourage you to book as far in advance as possible to secure your preferred date and time. Please inform us if you have a preferred therapist, and we will endeavor to accommodate your request.
We require a valid credit card to secure all reservations. To avoid a $50 fee per service, please provide at least a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
We ask that you arrive 20 minutes early to your appointment to allow time for preparation. Late arrivals may result in a shortened or canceled service to respect the time of our other guests.
We strive to maintain a tranquil environment. When in common areas, please keep conversations to a whisper. Place your phone in silent mode and refrain from making calls or using electronic devices within the spa. Texting during pedicure services is permitted. Spa Luxe reserves the right to terminate services at any point if a guest is not able to conduct themselves properly.
Our service prices are subject to change; we recommend confirming the cost at the time of booking. Gratuity is not included in the service prices but is greatly appreciated. Suggested gratuities range from 15-25% of the service price, or a larger amount if you feel your service was exceptional.
Guests must be 18 years or older for massage and body treatments. Minors ages 12–17 are permitted to receive facial treatments and nail services but must be accompanied by an adult (one adult per minor). For the overall comfort and safety of our guests and team, children are not permitted to accompany an adult during service, to the meditation lounge, or retail area.
Please inform us of any health conditions or allergies when booking your service to include pregnancy, heart conditions, high blood pressure, or any other medical condition . This information enables us to tailor your treatment to meet any special needs. Technicians cannot provide services to guests with certain skin conditions or open wounds. If you have concerns about receiving a spa service as related to your health, we ask that you please consult a doctor.
Guests must be 21 years or older to consume alcoholic beverages. We verify age with a valid ID and reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest.
Refunds on unused treatment packages are adjusted to the full standard price of used treatments. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact a manager at info@spaluxe.com. Returns of skin care products are only accepted in cases of clear defects. Gift certificates are non-refundable but may be transferred to another party.
